Websense Enterprise® Real-Time Analyzer™ The immediate and real-time monitoring capabilities of Real-Time Analyzer provide answers to the following types of questions:

monitoring capabilities of Explorer help answer the following types of questions:

- How much bandwidth is the network losing to streaming media?
- Has anyone in my network visited a site with spyware or malicious mobile code over a specific time frame?
Explorer is Web-based and easy enough for HR and business managers to use, freeing IT administrators up to do other duties. It's also fast and flexible. By minimizing the need for IT to run batch
reports, Explorer provides access to the most relevant Web usage data in a matter of seconds. It presents data to users in a powerful drill-down fashion, enabling an unlimited number of views for analyzing
employee Internet usage or detecting enterprise risks. Key features

pre-defined reporting of historical Internet access by employees. With more than 80 report templates, IT administrators can uncover trends and surfing patterns that may be impacting productivity and
bandwidth or creating security risks and legal liability for your organization. Key features
- Scheduled execution - Run reports at pre-set intervals such as daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly.
- Email distribution - Set up reports to be automatically distributed by email to specified recipients.

Reporter also depends on Websense Enterprise's logging capabilities. After installation, administrators can enable logging to the Websense Log Database. Reporter uses a Windows®-based client that directly
accesses the Websense Log Database to run batch reports. Reporter may be deployed on the same server or a separate server as Websense Enterprise, depending on the volume of Internet activity.
